Turn checkout payment methods on or off

Choose which methods buyers see on all your hosted checkouts from Portal → Payment methods, or limit a single link with `methods`, and understand why a method is hidden.

What you will do

Two things decide what a buyer sees: what VEXPay has enabled for your account, and what you have turned on. You control the second one, for every checkout at once or per link.

Steps: for every checkout

  1. Open Payment methods

In the portal, open Payment methods. It lists Card, Débito Inmediato, Pago Móvil, USDT, USDC and Colombian pesos, each with the currency it is paid in.

  2. Flip the toggles

Each change saves at once. Methods VEXPay has not enabled for you are greyed out as "Not enabled for your account".

  3. Keep at least one on

The portal refuses to turn off the last enabled method.

  • A method you turn off disappears from every hosted checkout: portal payment links, product links and API checkout sessions.
  • A change on Live also applies to your Test account.
  • Direct payment API calls (for example POST /v1/payments/vpos) are not affected.

Check that it worked

In Payment links, each active link lists "Buyers can pay with: …" and gives a reason for each hidden method. Open a checkout in a private window to see it as a buyer does.
